I am spending the weekend at home in Lorena and I am enjoying every minute with family. It is amazing how my anxiety and nerves calm down so much when I am in Lorena- I love the feeling and smells I get stepping into my house. I have lived in the same house my whole life (until 6 years ago when I moved to Dallas)- so glad my parents have kept it this long. I love how my Dad cooks for us all, helps me with my taxes, and changes my oil. I love how my siblings and I watch silly movies. Last night I brought the Hallmark movie Front of the Class (about a teacher with Tourettes syndrome), lets just say we were all crying last night. I love how my Mom talks, laughs, and cries with me (happy tears). We also gang up on everyone and force them to play games with us- we are gamers...or quality family timers. More things I like about home: no traffic, sweet people, knowing everyone, small schools, seeing the stars, and home cooked meals.
Day 13
Jacket: Anthropologie/ Jeans: Forever 21/ Shoes: Urban Outfitters/ Scarf: Thrifted/ Headband and Earrings: Target
This hood is HUGE!
Then Doug the Dog wanted to be in the picture. If you are really close to me, you know I am not a HUGE fan of dogs, but stray-dog Doug is so sweet and not annoying- I think he has stole my heart. I could be open to having a dog sometime- CRAZY I know.
This picture, makes me happy. Home Sweet Home!
The next few pictures are of a few antique/thrift stores we went to today:) Austin and Candice were troopers and went with me. Laverty's is my favorite place in Waco- I love it and miss it!
I wanted to buy a few of these pictures... they were so cool- love the 20's/ 30's!
He bought these...great pair of oxfords for $10.00 I bought 2 scarfs, a red blazer, pink blouse, and a black and white polka dot blouse- all for $4.00!
The next set of pictures are all things that a family of 8 need and have:) I miss all of these things!
This morning we woke up to a weird smell and smoke...Dad did not see a candle and it melted everyone- haha- Mom was not the happiest.
Look how cute the quads were:)
Big families have 1 million trashcans and cars... 2 cars are missing in the picture. Yep- car lot.
My napping/ movie spot... with my favorite blanket.
